Aaron graduated from Iowa State University in May 2005 with a B.S. in Public Service and Administration in Agriculture and Agronomy. He worked off the farm in Ames at Ag Leader Technology, Inc while farming part time. In 2012 he quit his full time job and returned home to the family farm. While farming Aaron has picked up a side business in used precision ag equipment. He calls it New-ell or Used Precision Ag his main focus it to provide used or equipment at a discounted rate. While working at Ag Leader Technology he has used his many skills and took them home to the farm. Currently every piece of equipment they use in the field will steer themselves with the use of Auto-Guidance and RTK signal.
Laurel graduated from Iowa State University in May 2005 with a B.S. in English and received her masters in May of 2011 in Curriculum and Instructional Technology. Before they got married Laurel was a full time teacher for the Eagle Grove High School. When they had their first child Laurel became a stay at home mom and has loved every minute of it.
In 2012 Aaron, Laurel, and Mason moved back to the family farm and built a addition on the farm house giving them extra room to grow. Although Laurel was not a "farm girl" she wouldn't change it for the world, well maybe a sidewalk or two. While not farming and raising hogs Aaron and Laurel enjoy watching the kids play outside and in the shop. Since moving back to the farm they had 2 more children, Lillian and Violet.

Lillian's Interests: Princess's, Dancing, Chickens, Slime and bugging her baby sister
Violet's Interests: Her bunny, Playdoh, slime, anything her sister is doing
